We have our meeting scheduled for September 12, 2020 at 9:00. Due to Covid-19, we cannot hold the meeting in its regular format. We will have the meeting as a video meeting using Zoom. I have placed the instructions below. Solomon gave me all the various access ways but I think most, if not all will just need to click the link and possibly use the passcode. Please let me know if you will be attending so I can confirm a quorum.
If anyone does has an issue with accessing the meeting this way, I will be in the office for the meeting and can set up the monitors in the Boardroom for a very small group, taking social distancing into consideration. Please let me know if you are planning to come to the office so I can keep a count to make sure we do not exceed a safe amount of people.
Also, I will be dropping documents into the dropbox over the next few days. If you cannot access that and need the documents emailed or you wish to pick up a copy, please let me know. I already have the reports from HPI and am hoping that Peter can get me the Key reports to disburse. If Scott and Missy have anything, please get that to me as well.
